- Once you approve the design, we will send you an invoice for payment prior to production.

What is the lead time for custom orders?
Lead times depend on the quantity and customization requirements. Generally, orders are ready within 3–6 weeks. We’ll provide an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.
Do you offer international shipping for custom orders?
Yes, but only within the European Union. Shipping times and costs vary depending on location.
Can I get a sample?
Certainly, you can request a sample. To do so, please complete the Custom Order Form above and indicate your interest in receiving a sample in your message.
Sample Costs: For in-stock products, we will send a standard, uncustomized item. The sample price is €9.95 (incl. VAT), excluding shipping fees.
For custom designs, we provide a 3D-printed sample. The cost for this is €12.95 (incl. VAT), excluding shipping.
Are the products packaged?
Yes, each product comes packaged in the option of your choice. We currently offer three different types of packaging, some of which can be customized with your logo.
