Products

What materials are your products made from?

Our products are made from Stainless Steel. They are strong, rust-resistant and therefor durable and long-lasting.

Are there any usage restrictions for the tools?

No, there are not.

Is there any product maintenance needed?

No, there is generally no maintenance needed.

Can I customize the products with my logo or text?

We currently only offer customization for bulk orders that start with a minimum of 100 items. To learn more about bulk orders, visit our bulk order page.

We do want to offer customization for small orders in the future so make sure to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on our socials to stay up to date.

Orders & Order process

How do I place an order

1. Add product(s) to your cart

2. In the upper right corner click the cart icon to go to your cart. TIP: here you can see how much money you save when you're ordering more product!

3. Click on Check Out after confirming you have all products you want to order.

4. Fill in your email, name and address. You can also add your discount code here, like FIRST10 to get 10% off your first order, for example.

5. Pay your preferred payment method.

6. Celebrate for getting yourself the best multi-tools!

How do I apply a discount code to my order?

You can add the discount code during checkout under the 'Order summary'.

In the discount field, fill in your discount code and click apply. The discount will be immediately visible in the order summary.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL
  • Sofort
  • Bancontact
  • Paypal
  • VISA
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

What should I do if I encounter an issue during checkout?

Firstly check whether money has been debited from your bank account. Wait for 30 minutes and check again.

  • If no money was debited from your bank account, then delete your browser cache and try again.

  • If money was indeed debited from your bank account, let us know with a screenshot.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Yes, if you let us know before the package has been sent out, which is generally between 16:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. You can let us know through the contact form below.

If the order has been sent out, then it is no longer possible.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, if you let us know before the package has been sent out, which is generally between 16:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. You can let us know through the contact form below.

If the order has been sent out, then it is no longer possible.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes, if you let us know before the package has been sent out, which is generally between 16:00 and 17:00 on weekdays.

If the order has been sent out, then cancelling is not possible and you'll have to return it.

I did not get my order, what do I do now?

If you haven't received your order after the maximum estimated delivery times, wait 2 more days.

If you still haven't received your order, please contact us through our form down below with your order information and we will get on it!

What is the time frame for requesting a refund?

We offer a 30-day return policy as long as the product is in its original condition.

Can I bulk order for my business or event?

Yes, you can. You can find more information here.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all countries inside the European Union. In the future we want to send worldwide, so make sure to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on our socials to stay up to date.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer Standard and Track & Trace shipping.

The Standard shipping method is 1 EUR cheaper than the Track & Trace. Both shipping methods are free when your order total is over 30 EUR

Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free shipping on orders over 30 EUR. The shipping costs for orders under 30 EUR depend on the country you're ordering from.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order by choosing the shipping method with Track & Trace.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders before 16:00 (GMT+2) during the week will be sent out the same day. Orders after 16:00 will likely be sent out the next day or on Monday if the next day is the weekend.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Due to the package being a letterbox-package, we cannot offer expedited shipping currently.
